Over 100 Laidlaw College Alumni (BTI, BCNZ, MASTERS Institute) gathered at the Henderson campus on 3 and 4 August 2012.

We were joined by Vyvyan Hunt, a long-time supporter of the College, at our Community Gathering on Tuesday 7 August 2012.

Professors Jack and Judy Balswick, both recently retired from Fuller Seminary, have arrived at Laidlaw and will be living on the Auckland campus for the next six weeks

Nicola Hoggard Creegan has been granted a visiting fellowship at the Center for Theological Inquiry in Princeton for nine months beginning in September.

We're pleased to announce that a new section on Disability Inclusion has just been added to our website.

Unfortunately the visit to Laidlaw by Dr Christine Pohl has been cancelled, including her course Ethics of Community. We are grateful to Dr Judith Brown for being willing to teach, at short notice, a Masters course from 11-22 June 2012, in place of the one which was planned.

During Stephen’s visit last week, Principal Rod Thompson interviewed Stephen and invited him to explain some of the accusations made against him.

Amidst all the controversy surrounding the deconstruction of the Christ Church Cathedral, 70 church leaders from Canterbury came together in support of Bishop Victoria and the Anglican Diocese of Christchurch.

We are delighted to announce that Laidlaw College in partnership with CBM will be holding a one-day conference, God, Humanness, and Disability, presented by John Goldingay (David Allan Hubbard Professor of Old Testament at Fuller Seminary).

On Saturday 18 February, just after 8am, Graeme McNae, Tongan Programme Coordinator at Laidlaw College was one of 40 cycling enthusiasts who set off on the Bible Society’s Rainbow Ride, a mountain bike ride of 106km over the northern tip of the Southern Alps.
