Laidlaw Principal turns 60!

Yesterday on Wednesday 5 September Laidlaw College's National Principal, Rod Thompson, along with his twin brother Ian, turned 60. Rod and Rosanne are spending this week together with family and friends in Sydney.

The Laidlaw College community celebrated this momentous event in style last Tuesday with a surprise presentation and interview at Community Gathering followed by a birthday lunch and cake extravaganza. The number of cakes (16 in total) goes some way to express the love and regard the community has for Rod. Some photos of this occasion can be viewed below.
