Lesley Utting

Lesley’s chosen profession has always been librarianship. She started her career in public libraries, then joined the tertiary library sector at Unitec, from there she joined the theological library sector at Carey Baptist College and now Laidlaw College. Lesley is a firm believer in ongoing professional development and has been awarded an associateship of LIANZA (Library and Information Association of NZ Aotearoa). She is Convenor of the NZ Chapter (ANZTLA) – Australia /NZ Theological Libraries Association. Lesley has presented papers at ANZTLA Conferences on “Information Literacy” and “Professional Development”. Lesley is married to Ray and they have two adult children.
