Diploma in Relational Studies
The Diploma in Relational Studies (DipRS)* is a one-year diploma which is ideal for church workers and volunteers, people involved in community groups, or those considering a career in a caring profession, for example counselling, social work, community work, nursing, and teaching. If you have an interest in the role that theology might have in how we engage in relationship, make sense of some of what psychology can offer, and explore bicultural relational contexts, then this programme is for you.
Completion of this programme provides transition opportunities into the Bachelor of Counselling programme at Laidlaw College.
The DipRS is currently offered as a Diploma in Christian Studies (relational track) in Henderson, Manukau and Christchurch and part-time options are also available.
