WORKSHOP THEME
Whether in family, church,
the workplace, or in our wider communities, the ways in which we
communicate with others set the trajectory for our relationships. When
we communicate and connect well, our relationships can be a place of
joy, safety, growth and healing. On the flip side, when we communicate
in unhelpful ways due to a lack of awareness or when we fail to set
appropriate boundaries, we may end up hurting others and/or ourselves.
