In a year when there have been few if any opportunities for us to meet in person, we are delighted that our two associations can meet together for a combined conference. 

Date

The conference will start at 9am on Monday 30 November and will conclude at 3pm on Tuesday 1 December.

Location

The conference will be meeting at Laidlaw College Christchurch, 70 Condell Avenue, Papanui, Christchurch.

Cost

The conference costs $20 for students and $30 for waged. 

Conference Dinner

Please join us for a conference dinner on the evening of Monday 30 November.  There is a choice of two courses for $45.00 or a main course only for $28.50.  There will be gluten free and vegetarian selections. 

Accommodation

Quality Hotels Elms (456 Papanui Road) have given us a rate of $140.  Their regular rate at that time of year is normally $161.  For $140 you can book for single or double occupancy.  If you ask for double occupancy the room will have two beds, and the charge is still $140.  In other words some of us could share rooms at a cost of $70 each.  Please book your rooms via e-mail as follows.

COVID-19 Notice

If the conference is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions your conference fees will be refunded.
