Postgraduate Seminar Presentations

Continuing Laidlaw’s commitment to relevant, gospel-centred, innovative research, the School of Theology host Postgraduate Seminars each semester, to share with the wider Laidlaw community what research is being carried out at Masters/Doctoral level. There will be three 20 minute presentations from current or recent postgraduate students, each followed by 10 minutes of questions. 

Our presenters will be:

Fiona Sherwin (1:00 – 1:20pm)
Title: What needs to be done to make the church a place of belonging?: A case study in disability.

Paula Simpson (1:30 – 1:50pm)
Title: Beyond John’s Gospel: A Bibliodrama Creative Works Thesis with Critical Exegesis and Creative Works Artefact.

Ryan Lang (2:00 – 2:20pm)
Title: A song in the night: A reflection on singing in scripture and social vocation.
