Public Lecture with Ian Paul

Has Preaching Had Its Day?

You are warmly invited to a public lecture by Rev Dr Ian Paul on Tuesday 7 March at the Henderson campus. There is now a range of practical objections to the relevance and effectiveness of preaching as traditionally understood. There are some good practical responses available to these objections – but what of our theological response? What is the theological basis of preaching, and how does that address concerns that many feel - and shape our approach to preaching today?

Supper provided.

We look forward to seeing you there!
