Re-Orientation Henderson

Nau mai, haere mai all new and returning students!

New students – we can’t wait to meet you. Returning students – We hope you can get a bit of a break from study over the holidays. We look forward to having you back for another semester! We love gathering in person as a community. This year’s Re-Orientation will focus on being together to reconnect, refresh, and renew. New students – we look forward to officially welcoming you into our community. Returning students – it is always great to welcome you back.

What can you expect from Re-Orientation week?

Come to connect with fellow students and lecturers, share lunches together, worship, have fun, get informed about your programme and hear stories about different aspects of the study journey. Stay tuned for more info. But for now – mark your calendars for 19-23 July. See you then!

Pōwhiri for all new Manukau and Henderson students and staff

Please arrive for the Pōwhiri at 10am on 19 July at the Henderson campus so we can get organised. This event is a formal welcome into the Laidlaw community for new students and staff. Please dress accordingly. Returning students – come and join us to extend welcome and manaakitanga to all new students and staff.

*While we are hopeful that it won’t be necessary, our Re-Orientation week will be planned so that in the event of any kind of lockdown, it will be moved online with minor schedule changes.*

Family Fun Event

Bring your kids to the Henderson Campus for free food, fun and games, 1:30 – 3.30pm on Friday 23 July. This is free – but we do need you to register yourself and your children here
