Conversation on Leadership with Claire Russell

Sustain is a network of Christian women leaders. Our aim is to link women leaders together, offering support, strength, encouragement and companionship as we journey together. Guest speakers are invited to share their leadership experiences at Sustain meetings in Auckland and Christchurch, held four times a year.

About our Speaker

Claire Russell is a pastor at South West Baptist Church where she is responsible for local multicultural ministry and prayer and Holy Spirit development. Her main passions include connecting with people, sharing the gospel and developing young leaders. She has been leading and developing ministries in the church for the last 9 years and during that time experienced seasons of growth and seasons of challenge.

Claire lives in Wigram so she can be closer to those she is seeking to connect with. Her household currently consists of one of her young Chinese leaders, a dear Korean friend who is home from missions work in the Middle East, and a much loved cat called Molly.
