Sustain - Women in Leadership meeting (Auckland)

Conversation on Leadership with Shireen Chua

Sustain is a network of Christian women leaders. Our aim is to link women leaders together, offering support, strength, encouragement and companionship as we journey together. Guest speakers are invited to share their leadership experiences at Sustain meetings in Auckland and Christchurch, held four times a year.

About our Speaker

Aimee MaiShireen Chua is the Director of Third Culture Solutions Ltd, an organisation providing transformative and practical solutions in developing inclusive organisations. She came to New Zealand in her early teens with her family,  and has spent most of her life in Aotearoa.  She still has one foot in East Asia as all her immediate family now lives in Singapore.  She lives in Auckland with her Wauzer Leif and belongs to the Auckland Baptist Tabernacle.

In her own life, she began a journey of exploring her identity and can see how God is calling her to use it in her business.  Shireen gained her MBA from Southern Cross University, with her research project focusing on “Culture Matters: How NZ Organisations develop Intercultural Competency” and is constantly curious about all things intercultural.  Shireen is certified as a CQ Trainer (Advanced) and also an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF.   She also wears another “hat” with OMF New Zealand, as a mobiliser seeking to equip the church to reach East Asia’s billions.
