Christian ministry, in any context, requires well-formed, agile, and reflective leaders.

The capacity to reflect on our experience is a key skill that enables us to develop as agile practitioners in any field of vocation, including Christian ministry. In this course you will learn to critically reflect on your self, your experience, and your context, and develop practices and habits of mind that will allow you to flourish over the long-term.

If you’re active in ministry, in any context, this course will help deepen both your practice and your personal formation.

  • Conflict resolution
  • Ministry in context
  • Power and dual relationships
  • Emotional health
