Distance Learning provides Laidlaw’s “virtual campus” which allows students to study from the convenience of their own home, or wherever they like. Modern media, virtual classrooms and online tutoring allow you to choose where and when you study, to fit around your other commitments.

You can study just one course at a time, or take as many courses as you can manage up to a full time load. Our courses are designed to enable you to study where you find it most convenient – at the library, in your room, on the sofa. This is lifestyle learning at its best!

Distance Learning students find they encounter deeply through online interaction with their fellow students and also with course tutors. They are well supported by a dedicated team of tutors and support staff.

APPLYING TO STUDY BY DISTANCE

All students who wish to study by distance learning need to complete the normal Laidlaw application procedure, by completing the Application Form. In addition, distance learning students will need to complete and send in:
