Professional Development
Engage with experienced mentors, develop practical tools, and be empowered to serve with greater wisdom, compassion, and confidence in your professional role.
At Laidlaw College, we offer professional development opportunities tailored for Christian educators, counsellors, pastors, and ministry leaders.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your expertise in Christian teaching, refine your skills in counselling and pastoral care, or enhance your ministry supervision and coaching, our programmes are designed to equip you for effective, faith-driven leadership.
Study Options
We offer a range of study pathways that can help you to grow in how you work out your faith in the marketplace, in whatever vocation, including Graduate and Postgraduate options.

"What I really appreciated about this course was the ability to help me recognise the current pressures and questions that our students have... this is content that would be valuable for anyone working in Christian education."
Teresa Thomson - Theology for Education Graduate
