Anna is Te Wānanga Amorangi Laidlaw College’s Chief Operating Officer and is based at the Henderson campus.

 Anna leads the operational strategy of Te Wānanga Amorangi Laidlaw College, ensuring it is closely aligned with the College’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities. Working closely with the National Principal/CEO and the Senior Leadership Team, she oversees resource stewardship, organisational performance, and the effectiveness of College-wide initiatives.

 Her role focuses on shaping a sustainable and adaptable business model that enables the College to respond effectively to a changing educational landscape while safeguarding long-term viability. With diverse leadership experience from both public and private sectors, she supports the College’s commitment to being a faithful and innovative presence in Aotearoa New Zealand’s tertiary sector.

With a strong focus on people and culture, Anna is deeply committed to Te Wānanga Amorangi Laidlaw College’s Christian ethos, encouraging a workplace where individuals are both mission-driven and able to flourish.

 Outside of her College role, Anna has been a been a longtime supporter of various global mission initiatives including Tearfund (current Trustee Board member), Samaritan’s Purse, and The Hamlin Fistula Hospital. Anna attends Auckland EV Church in Hillsborough with her family
