Here we are, in yet another season of change.  We’ve considered the revised settings and received further information from the Ministry of Education about their impact on tertiary institutions. Here is how Laidlaw College will operate from 5 April 2022:

• No vaccine mandates – all campuses are open entry
• At Henderson, the front doors will be open again between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday
• No QR code scanning 
• Outdoor events without restrictions
• Indoor events can have up to 200 people 
• Masks are required indoors (except for eating and drinking, and when lecturing/presenting in class)
• Distancing is still a requirement, and we will continue monitoring room capacities
• You will need to isolate if you test positive or are a household contact of somebody who tests positive. We’ll continue to support you as best we can
• Those isolating can Zoom into lectures
