Esther is the Personal Assistant to the National Principal. Her primary role is to provide administration support to the National Principal, the Senior Leadership Team and the National Governing Council.

Esther has served at Laidlaw since September 1999, which has seen her provide support to five National Principals. Prior to Laidlaw, Esther worked for PWC for 14 years where she worked across a number of departments that required a variety of administration and senior secretarial skills.

Esther's first priority in life (after God and for God) is most definitely her husband, two dogs and her Aiga (family). Esther attends the Salvation Army Waitakere Corp aka the "Faith Factory" where she serves on the worship team and the Creative Ministry Leader. Her loves are eating (of course), walking, playing her guitar and piano and chilling out with family and friends.
