Rev. Christine Harding Centre for Church Leadership Senior Coach
- BMin, MTh, PGCertProfSup, RGON
Christine first attended BCNZ as a student in 1981 and has been involved in some way with Laidlaw ever since—studying, mentoring interns, adjunct teaching, participating on the National Governance Board, and currently as a part-time staff member. Her background in nursing, cross cultural church planting and local church leadership has converged into a focus on wellness, sustainability and growth in leaders—particularly those who lead in the Church. She is trained in Professional Supervision and holds a MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential. Nowadays, Christine trains and mentors coaches, believing that part of supporting and enhancing leaders in all parts of their growth and development can be achieved through good coaching by well-trained coaches. She is personally committed to ongoing growth and development as a coach as well.
Christine is enjoying this season of life where she has learnt a few answers but, more importantly, she has learnt to ask some good questions of herself and others. Hamilton is where Christine and her husband, Andy, live—their delight is spending time with any of their seven gorgeous grandchildren.
