Eloise joined Laidlaw College in 2022 and took on the role of Programme Delivery Lead in May 2023. She oversees the Programme Delivery Team (including the Schools Administration Team), which looks after a range of administrative and compliance processes to ensure the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of the programmes. She works closely with the Heads of Schools, Academic Management Team, and Student Experience Team to achieve this.

She has been working in the tertiary education sector since 2019, previously in a Registrar capacity, and loves seeing the transformative journey that students experience as they discover their vocation and God-given purpose. She has a B.A and a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation Studies from the University of Auckland, alongside qualifications in Christian leadership.

In her spare time, Eloise enjoys spending time with friends and family – preferably in the outdoors and/or around good food.
