Academic Leadership Opportunities
Laidlaw College is looking for up to two new people to join our academic leadership and administration team in Auckland. If you’re a high-capacity leader, love managing collaborative teams, thrive in complex compliance environments, or enjoy improving systems and processes, we would love to talk with you. You will be joining a team who combine a strong sense of mission with the academic mind and educational heart of a Christian College.
Laidlaw College is Aotearoa New Zealand’s largest Christian tertiary college, offering programmes in theology, Christian leadership, teacher education and counselling from certificate to postgraduate level.
We are looking for people interested in contributing two or more of the following skillsets:
Leadership & Management – a high-responsibility collaborator and empowerer.
Educational compliance – loves engaging with high-stakes quality management and a diversity of stakeholders.
Academic services and Quality Assurance – enjoys designing policies and shaping services that improve educational performance.
Systems and analysis – enjoys maximising the potential of business, data analysis and educational tools.
