Emma is the coordinator for Laidlaw Centre for Church Leadership, based at the Henderson campus. In her role she supports the CFCL team with events, marketing and administrative support for coaches and clients. 

Emma comes from a digital marketing background. She completed her Master of Theology in 2023, studying how young adults integrate their faith with their work and vocation. She is passionate about supporting the church and is particularly interested in practical theology and discipleship.

Outside of Laidlaw, Emma teaches at Equippers College and is part of Equippers Church Manukau, where she is involved in the new to church and new Christians teams. She loves hiking, gardening (growing tulips) and reading.
