Programme Delivery & Reporting Administrator
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail, a heart for students, and a passion for education? Laidlaw College is looking for a Programme Delivery & Reporting Administrator to join our Henderson campus team in a part-time capacity.
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our academic programmes. You’ll provide administrative support across student admissions, course enrolments, and learning management systems (Moodle & EBS), helping students and staff navigate the academic year with confidence and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Set up class timetables and track attendance in our student management system (EBS).
- Support programme and course set-up in EBS and Moodle, ensuring accurate data and access for staff and students.
- Coordinate admissions interviews and entrance tests for key programmes.
- Assist with course selection and enrolment to ensure students are on track to meet their programme requirements.
- Prepare course documents, grading rubrics, and evaluation materials.
- Track and log academic moderation, peer reviews, and student evaluations.
- Respond to student enquiries and provide general administrative support to faculty.
Who We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills – friendly, confident, and professional.
- Strong time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid IT skills – particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- Previous experience with Moodle or student information systems (like EBS) is a plus.
- A flexible approach, including occasional evening availability.
